We don't carry unverified agents. Every member of the N24R network has their credentials on file, tracked against expiry, and confirmed active before any assignment goes out.
Guard Card
State-issued security guard registration. Verified at onboarding, tracked against expiry. Non-compliant agents are blocked from assignment.
Firearms Permits
Exposed and concealed carry permits verified where applicable. Permit status is checked at shortlist time — not after the agent is confirmed.
Role Certifications
EP, event security, mobile patrol, and other role-specific certifications captured and tracked. Expiry alerts surface before the gap becomes a liability.
Deployment History
Every assignment a roster agent has completed is logged. Compliance rate, no-show history, and client feedback inform future dispatch decisions.
